Hello,

           My name is Danielle this is my first semester that I have attended Brandman University. I am studying Psychology and hope to be graduated in October of next year with my BA. I am also taking classes through Yuba College to try to make school go a little faster. My goal is to continue on in getting my Masters through Brandman and eventually maybe my PhD. My ultimate goal is to either have my own practice and give family therapy or work for the state deciding if someone should go to prison or if they need treatment in a mental hospital.

           I am interested in pursuing the career path of a forensic Psychiatrist. I have always found mental illness very fascinating and would love to be apart of helping someone get out of that pain they feel with themselves. There isn't just one thing I need help on when it comes to research, I would say I need help on all areas im not the best at finding scholarly literature like journal articles and dissertations.
